Finasteride 1mg Tablet is to be taken by mouth with or without food. The dose and duration of the medicine should be taken as per prescription. An overdose of it may cause harm to your health. It is better to take the medicine at the same time each day and it must be swallowed as a whole. It may take some time for the medicine to act upon the symptoms, so it is important to take the medicine regularly. The course of the treatment should be completed for better efficacy of the medicine.

minoxidil & Dutasteride   are both used to treat hair loss, and studies have shown that they can be effective when used together or alone:  

Dutasteride : 

• A study found that 0.5 mg of oral dutasteride per day was more effective than 5 mg of oral minoxidil or finasteride per day for treating male pattern baldness. A meta-analysis of 23 studies concluded that dutasteride was the most likely to be effective for treating male pattern baldness. 
• Minoxidil : 
• When combined with dutasteride, minoxidil can help increase hair thickness, density, and new hair growth. 
• Dutasteride and minoxidil together : 
• Combining dutasteride and minoxidil can be more effective than using either medication alone, and can result in greater hair preservation.
